By accessing and using KUZA ERP ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

KUZA ERP is a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning system designed for businesses in East Africa, including:

• Financial management and accounting
• Inventory and supply chain management
• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Human resources and payroll management
• Sales and point of sale systems
• Business intelligence and reporting

3. User Accounts

To access our ERP system, you must:

• Create an account with accurate business information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of KUZA ERP is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

5. Acceptable Use

6. Service Availability

7. Billing and Payment

For paid subscriptions:

• Payment is due according to your selected billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

8. Intellectual Property

KUZA ERP and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KUZA ERP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KUZA ERP from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
